I believe energy healing deserves a seat at the same table as nutrition, exercise, sleep, and mindfulness practices like yoga or meditation. Because the truth is, this work is deeply transformative ~ life-changing even. It’s time we make it a core part of every wellness journey.

In the summer of 2007, my life shifted in an instant. I hit a homeless man who darted in front of my car. Thankfully, he walked away with only minor injuries .... I didn’t. The shock, guilt, and trauma left me aching as if I’d been hit by a train. My body hurt, my mind replayed the scene endlessly, and I was unraveling.
At my chiropractor’s urging, I saw an energy medicine practitioner. I had no idea what that meant, but I trusted her. That single appointment changed everything. I walked in consumed by pain and left feeling light, calm, and free of the guilt that had been suffocating me.
I kept going back. Together we worked through self-sabotage, old wounds, physical pain, and emotional blocks. For the first time, I experienced the profound power of working with the body’s energy to transform not only physical health, but emotional well-being and joy.
Around the same time, one of my closest friends was losing a battle with severe colitis. Doctors told her surgery and losing her colon was her only option. As a last resort, she too turned to energy medicine. Within weeks, her inflammation drastically decreased, and her specialists urged her to keep doing whatever she was doing. Today, many years later, she still has her colon.
These experiences stirred something undeniable in me: I knew I would one day leave my corporate career and dedicate my life to helping others heal. Now, years later, I’m a wife, mom, and certified Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner, Emotion Code Practitioner, EFT Coach, and Reiki Master.
My mission is to guide women back to their softness, feminine energy, and spark; helping them release what weighs them down so they can live with lightness, calm, and vitality.
